Seniors and Reserves dominate Riversdale SC friendly

With a daunting task of taking on a Riversdale SC side that will feature this year in the 3rd South East Division of Victorian Football, your CCFC came through with flying colours!

Ross Evans and the Reserves kicked off a splendid Saturday with a 4-1 demolishing of the Riversdale Reserves before Richie Bates and the Seniors capped off a spectacular 3-2 handling of our Camberwell based foes that left the Riversdale coach in such a way that he left the ground in disgust before the final whistle.

A win like this not only reflects on how well our pre-season training has gone, but proves why the club has faith in the Senior side's ability to challenge for the top spot and promotion this season.

Well done, lads!

CCFC's Matilda Wilson to represent Victoria!

Congratulations to Matilda Wilson!  After a successful 2015 season playing in both the CCFC under 12 Boys and under 14 Girls teams, Matilda finished off the year by achieving selection in Football Federation Victoria’s U13 National Training Centre (NTC) squad for the 2016 season. The U13 NTC squad of 16 girls train and play together through 2016, and will represent Victoria at the National Youth Championships for Girls in Coffs Harbour in July. We are sad to see Matilda depart CCFC after two great years, but very happy to have seen Matilda and her football talents flourish over that time!’
