Collingwood Junior Eagles Special Needs Program
The Collingwood Junior Eagles is an inclusive, co-educational soccer program for children and young people of all abilities, aged between 8 and 21 years. The program is based in Richmond, Victoria as part of a community soccer club being Collingwood City Football Club.
The Eagles have been running for 10 years and train for a total of 15 Saturdays in Terms 2 and 3 throughout the Autumn and Winter soccer season. Eagles players have the option to participate in the Football Federation of Victoria (FFV) All Abilities competition with games being played bi-weekly on Saturdays for older children, and 5 times in the season for the younger group. You can find the Handbook to the modified competition by following the link : FFV 2019 All Abilities Handbook.
We are very proud of our wonderful group of coaches who have experience working with children of all abilities. We pride ourselves on inclusivity, fun, positivity, and a focus on developing players’ skills to their own abilities.
